haul2hi is a ship to order service, all sales are preorders of an item/s. Your payment is towards the price of the preorder item/s and our service to get the item/s to Hawaii. ETA provided is only an estimate and not guaranteed.
It’s the customer’s responsibility to review your quote/invoice that the correct item/s, size, color, and quantity are ordered. haul2hi is not responsible for any discrepancies that are found after payment is made. No exchange or refund will be given for these discrepancies.
Date of arrival of good/s is only an estimate and not guaranteed in any way. It can take longer due to damage, missing, out of stock item/s, or any other unforeseen circumstances. No interim tracking information/updates will be provided. If your ETA is past, there is a delay.
Any damage from shipping or missing piece/s is required to be reported within 7 days of receipt.
The customer is responsible for the pick-up/loading of good/s from haul2hi or at the disclosed location. Good/s can be heavy and haul2hi is not responsible for any injury incurred from the moving of good/s. haul2hi is not responsible for damage to customer’s personal property or good/s if help is offered when moving/loading of customer’s good/s.
If item/s are not picked up within a week of notification of arrival of any good/s, haul2hi has the right to charge a storage fee applicable by law and the customer waives their rights for reporting/claiming any damage from shipping or missing piece/s within the 7 day period of receipt unless previously agreed upon by haul2hi. haul2hi is not affiliated with any other company. Any recalls and/or product defects warranted by any company should be handled with that company as haul2hi shall not be responsible.
By making payment, you agree to these terms, the terms stated in the haul2hi Delivery Request Form, the haul2hi online Shop page and the terms stated in any other e-mail communications. All sales final. No returns/exchanges. Any accommodations outside of these stated terms are on a case by case basis, on the sole discretion of haul2hi, and are subject to a processing fee of 50% the total of the order.
