Pickup Directions
Location: 1148 Bethel Street, Honolulu, HI 96813 (we are located on the bottom floor of Mark's Garage, across from J.J. Dolan's in Chinatown.)
Hours: Tuesday - Friday from 10am-4pm and Saturday from 10am-2pm
Directions: Please CLICK HERE to use our online calendar to schedule a pickup, it is required. Our shop is open for pickups, Tuesday - Friday from 10am-4pm and Saturday from 10am-2pm.
Please CLICK HERE to schedule a pickup time and date for your order. We have a by appointment only 30 minute loading zone located adjacent to our shop where you will be able to park. It's the small 2 stall carport directly after our shop on the left hand side of Bethel Street. At time of pickup, a photo ID will be required for yourself or the person designated to pickup your order. You have 1 week to pickup your order before you incur a storage fee and you're responsible for the pickup/loading of good/s per your invoice terms.
Due to COVID-19 we have modified our hours and operations. We are firmly committed to helping protect the health and safety of our customers, employees and community. Order pickups will continue to be by appointment only, to book your 30 minute appointment please select the day and time that works best for you. In between each visit we will be properly sanitizing our surfaces & carts with a microbial disinfectant. Our entire team has also received disinfectant training and certification. For our safety and yours we will no longer be able to assist with loading your vehicle, we will be loading your order onto a cart and wheeling it out of the shop for you.
